the flat fee for a "home tour" is $300. this includes one initial meeting (forty-five minutes), one Vision Walkthrough home tour (up to two hours), one pro-and-con report (one page per property) and one final meeting (forty-five minutes). additional time is available at the the regular hourly fee of $150
